Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data (only if you sign up): email address and a salted password hash. Usernames and avatars are optional.
• Your content: tier lists, tiers, items, votes, likes, and follows you create while signed in.
• AI usage counters: per-day generation counts (per IP for guests, per account for members) to enforce the free quota. Cached topics are not counted.
• Technical logs: Cloudflare edge logs (IP, user agent, requested URLs) for abuse prevention and debugging, retained per Cloudflare's defaults.

2. What stays on your device

• Guest drafts, editor state, theme and install-dismissal preferences live in your browser's localStorage — we never see them.
• Search history in the image picker is stored locally and can be cleared from the picker itself.

3. Cookies

• A single host-only session cookie keeps you signed in. It is not shared with any third party and carries no advertising identifiers.
• We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third-party services

• Cloudflare (hosting, database, cache, AI inference): processes requests on our behalf under their privacy policy.
• Pexels, AniList, Wikipedia: image and artwork search results load directly from these providers when you search; your query is sent to them.
• YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud: embedded players load only when you add or play such media, governed by each platform's policy.
• OpenRouter: fallback AI provider for list generation; prompts contain only the topic you type.

5. Advertising

We plan to show ads on content pages (landing, explore, templates, public lists) to keep the tool free. Ads never run inside the editor. If and when an ad network is enabled, this policy will name the vendor and its opt-out.

6. Public vs private

Lists you publish, and your public profile (username, avatar, public lists, follower counts), are visible to anyone on the internet and to search engines. Drafts and private lists are visible only to you.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. Accounts found to belong to under-13 users are removed.

8. Your rights

• Delete individual lists from your dashboard at any time.
• Delete your account (and all associated content) from Settings — this is immediate and irreversible.
• Request a copy of your data or ask questions via the contact link below.
