Terms of Service

1. The service

Top Tier List Maker lets you create, share, remix, and vote on tier lists, with AI-assisted generation. Most features work without an account; saving, publishing, voting, and higher AI quotas require a free account.

2. Accounts

• You must be 13 or older. One account per person.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for spam, scraping, quota abuse, or attacks on the service.

3. Free quotas

• Guests: 3 AI generations + 3 AI ranks per day (per IP). Signed-in members: 15 of each per day.
• Quotas reset daily and cannot be banked, transferred, or sold. We may adjust limits to keep the service sustainable.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of lists you create. By publishing, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service (including explore feeds, rankings, embeds, and streamer overlays).
• You may delete your lists and account at any time from the dashboard and Settings; deletion removes the content from the service, though copies already embedded or shared elsewhere are outside our control.
• Do not publish content you don't have the right to share, personal data of others, or anything unlawful.

5. Acceptable use

• No spam, vote manipulation, scraping at abusive rates, or attempts to bypass quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
• No hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit public content; no malware or phishing links in lists or profiles.
• We may remove violating content and suspend repeat offenders without notice.

6. Third-party content

Images come from Pexels, artwork from AniList, portraits from Wikipedia, and embedded players from their respective platforms. That content belongs to its owners and is subject to their licenses — check before reusing commercially.

7. AI output

AI-generated lists and rankings are provided as-is for entertainment. They may be wrong, incomplete, or biased — review before publishing.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for always-on, but maintenance, provider outages, or abuse mitigation can interrupt it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (for free users: $0).

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
